Sandy Ridge receives a 105.5 Star Rating from North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, this is the highest rating available for NC Assisted Living Communities.
On November 17, 2021 the North Carolina Department of Health Service Regulatory Agency completed a two-day unannounced audit. Over the two-day course, the inspectors interview staff, observe care and procedures, check records for compliance to regulations, infection control, medication management, cleanliness, residents’ rights, and quality of care.
Surveyors who visited Sandy Ridge found zero deficiencies, indicating that we either met or exceeded the highest levels expected for assisted livings, thus earning 105. 5 Star Rating, this is the highest rating that can be received.
This accomplishment was obtained because the staff of Sandy Ridge work daily to ensure that residents receive the highest quality and compassionate care at all times. Our goal is to not only provide high quality of care, but we also strive to bring compassion and purpose to our mission of caring for the residents and their families.
